Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and fulfill orders for delivery or collection according to schedules, including picking, packing, labeling, wrapping, and shipping.
• Receive, inspect, label, and store incoming warehouse stock and materials.
• Conduct spare parts inspections to ensure compliance with RMA requirements.
• Maintain and update inventory records accurately within the inventory management system.
• Perform inventory control activities and uphold quality standards to support audit requirements.
• Ensure the warehouse environment remains clean, safe, and well-organized while maximizing space utilization.
• Identify and report discrepancies, damages, or stock issues promptly.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and perform basic preventive maintenance on tools such as pallet stackers and pallet jacks.

Requirements

• Proven experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and stock in/out processes.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Outlook.
• Understanding of standard warehouse operations, procedures, and best practices.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Able to handle heavy lifting and operate pallet stackers and pallet jacks.
• Basic spoken and written English communication skills.

To oversee the Wafer Process yield sustaining & improvement activities and process integration/development programs

Job :

•     Examines photographic pictures and other photographic equipment for defects or faulty operation to determine course of action required to satisfy customer quality

Job summary: Supports workshop operations by providing technical expertise, conducting training programmes, and ensuring warranty compliance across multiple automotive franchises. Key Responsibilities

Job :

• Handle and respond to customer quality issues, including external CARs
• Manage RMA activities (product verification and liaison with CS/Operations on product disposition) and act as approver for non-standard flow 
• Coordinate customer audits and questionnaires (quality-related) and follow up on audit findings

• Perform customer specification reviews, coordinate with relevant parties, and provide feedback to customers on any concerns
• Maintain and update customer baseline specifications
• Liaise with Operations on engineering evaluations and data analysis related to quality issues
• Work with NPI/Quality teams on specification reviews for package and device qualification results

Requirement:

• Degree in Engineering, Electrical, Electronic disciplines or its equivalent with 3 years relevant experience
• Preferably 3 years’ semiconductor working experience in Customer Quality Reliability Assurance field in Semiconductor Manufacturing, wafer industries .
• Good Customer Quality  experience in semicon industry preferred
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skill
