Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Coordination
- Manage the full lifecycle of event logistics projects from enquiry to final reporting
- Interpret client requirements and translate them into quotations and operational plans
- Develop timelines, shipment plans, and resource allocation strategies
- Coordinate air, ocean, and road freight movements for event cargo
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, organisers, venues, and overseas partners
- Provide regular status updates, milestone tracking, and proactive issue resolution
- Attend client briefings, site visits, and project management and operational meetings
Operational Execution
- Ensure timely booking of transport, customs clearance, and delivery to site
- Monitor shipment progress and manage deviations in real time
- Coordinate onsite logistics with the operational onsite team including move-in, marshalling, and move-out
Vendor & Partner Management
- Liaise with global agents, carriers, transporters, and service providers
- Negotiate competitive rates in line with project budgets
- Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs)Documentation & Compliance
- Oversee accurate preparation of shipping documents, permits, and customs requirements
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and event-specific procedures
- Manage carnet, temporary imports, and re-export processes
Financial & Commercial Control
- Prepare job costing, quotations, and budget tracking
- Monitor project profitability and control operational costs
- Ensure timely billing and cost recovery
Risk & Contingency Management
- Identify operational risks and implement mitigation plans
- Execute contingency solutions for time-critical cargo
- Maintain business continuity during live event operations
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Deliver post-event reports and performance analysis
- Capture lessons learned and implemented process improvements
Requirements:
- 3–5 years in freight forwarding, project logistics, or event logistics
- Experience in fairs, exhibitions, sports, or live events (preferred)
- Knowledge of international freight, customs procedures, and Incoterms
- Proficiency in Excel / CargoWise (or similar), MS Office

Summary:
The Global Key Account Manager (GKAM), Wireless owns the overall strategy, execution, and leadership of the Wireless Business. He/she will focus on driving Company opportunities while coordinating across related global sites, subsidiaries, and partners of the key account(s). He/she will also work to build and implement strategy to bring in new business from within existing customers while developing new relationships with other potential customers in the market. The GKAM will be the lead point of contact while building and maintaining a strong relationship within accounts.
Responsibilities
• Lead cross-functional, global team to market and support equipment solutions to global strategic accounts
• Provide clear direction and leadership to cross functional teams regarding global account strategy and plans
• Responsible for the creation, implementation and execution of all sales activities including global sales strategy, technical design-in, commercial negotiation, implementation and support
• Works across geographic lines to ensure harmonized treatment of the accounts in all regions
• Develop understanding of customer business, end markets, ecosystem and competitive landscapes to drive new sales opportunities, penetration and increasing business coverage
• Develop trusted advisor relationship with key personnel at key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors throughout the sales cycle and after
• Translate customer’s strategy and priorities into a pursuit roadmap encompassed in a strategic account plan
• Drive new product enablement, growth initiatives and liaise as primary management contact for business and technical concerns

Requirements
• BA/BS degree or equivalent in sales, marketing or a technical discipline. MBA preferred
• 10+ years’ work experience in key account management, sales management, or relevant experience
• Previous work experience in electronics, industrial applications and/or capital equipment is a plus
• Experience in delivering customer-focused solutions based on customer needs
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with different stakeholders
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
• Self-motivated and self-directed
• Willingness to travel 40% globally
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in different geographic locations

Business Development, Group Lead (Contract Logistics)
