As a Costing & Warranty Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the Warranty Department by ensuring accurate invoicing for internal and warranty repairs, in compliance with company KPIs, corporate governance, and company guidelines.

  • Check and ensure that all repair orders (all charge types) are timely closed (within 7 days of end control).

  • Process all warranty claims and check for accuracy before send for validation.

  • Extended Warranty management – Purchase, invoice, follow-up on all matters regarding BSI, BRI, BMI* and Extended Warranty for cars and bikes* with all stakeholders – Vehicle Admin & Service Team.

  • Attends to CSAs Ad-hoc urgent Extended Warranty purchases on weekday & Saturday* purchasing (*stand-by – rotation basis)

  • Main liaison to Vehicle Admin for ‘create stock’ for vehicles not in database.

  • Follow up with internal and external stakeholders on document proofing signatories via KUBE, Finance, DXC alignment and records.
