Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager with a strong focus on Operational Excellence to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing processes, and ensuring the successful execution of projects across various departments. This role requires a blend of strong project management capabilities, a deep understanding of operational excellence methodologies, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to achieve strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage operational excellence projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency gains across the organization.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and other operational excellence methodologies to analyze current state processes, identify root causes of inefficiencies, and design future state solutions.
• Develop and implement project plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, risk management, and communication strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to gather requirements, build consensus, and ensure successful project adoption.
• Monitor project progress, report on key performance indicators, and present findings and recommendations to senior management.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
• Ensure adherence to organizational standards, policies, and regulatory requirements throughout project execution.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure optimal utilization of resources.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.

Required Skills

• Proven track record in managing complex projects and driving operational excellence initiatives.

• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana).

Preferred Experience

• 5+ years of experience in project management with a significant focus on operational excellence or continuous improvement roles.
• Experience working in a multinational company or a complex organizational structure.
• Familiarity with change management principles and methodologies.
• Experience in implementing digital transformation or automation projects.
