Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Operations Contractor to join our dynamic team in Singapore. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of HR processes, supporting our employees and managers, and contributing to a positive workplace experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices and a commitment to operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, employee data management, and benefits administration.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Prepare HR-related documentation, reports, and presentations.
- Support the implementation of HR programs and initiatives.
- Assist with payroll processing and related activities.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Collaborate with various HR functions to streamline operations and improve employee experience.
- Participate in HR system upgrades and data migration projects as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant HR certifications (e.g., CHRP, SHRM-CP) are a plus.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Experience
- 3+ years of experience in an HR Operations or similar role.
- Familiarity with Singapore employment laws and regulations.
- Experience working in a multinational or fast-paced corporate environment.

- Singaporean citizenship or valid work permit for Singapore.
